The project has been dragging on for over a year at this point and has stretched the patience of many of our loyal regulars. We’re so grateful that you continue to show up, finding your way beyond the barricades, lack of parking, and constant noise.

Now for the fun part of the summer! Matcha lemonade is back on the menu, our house made brown sugar miso lattes are a delicious sweet and salty treat, and you’ve got to try the “garden party” tea – a delicious blend of hibiscus, strawberry, apple and fennel! We’ve got some amazing coffees in stock, too.

A staff favorite on pour over right now is the Vinka DSF from Educador, sourced and roasted by Regalia in NYC. The producer, Carlos Iñiguez, exploded into the scene with his high quality Sidra coffees. The DSF 'Double Stage Fermentation' is a two-stage fermentation: first in cherry to bolster sugars and aromas, then after pulping, a yeast-inoculation in mucilage and selected yeasts. A lingering, herbal finish and incredible silkiness make this a coffee for the scrapbook :)
